My role

I suggested adding an interactive map so readers could find the roads rather than relying on text descriptions alone. I found the GeoJSON files and coordinates, mapped the roads in Mapbox, and added search and popup features.

I mapped each road from its starting point to its endpoint. I added a search feature so readers could find their area and explore nearby unpaved roads.

A searchable map with road lines and popups showing the starting and ending streets for each road.

Tools: Mapbox and GeoJSON
